The Not So Big Life Workshops and Meeting Series

The Introductory Not So Big Life Workshop
Have you ever wondered if there’s more to life than meets the eye, or suspected that you’re missing a big part of it? Ever felt like a human “doing” rather than a human “being?” Sarah offers guidance in this introductory level workshop to help you identify what’s in the way of living your full potential – right here, right now.

In The Introductory Not So Big Life Workshop, participants discover how to inhabit their lives completely by listening to what their hearts already know. The end result is greater meaning, vitality, and a sense of being at home in your life, focused not on what you do, but instead on how you are in everything you do. Explore techniques for remodeling your life, transforming it into something you love, without having to change your outer circumstances at all.

Held annually around Labor Day, this workshop is for those who have read or are reading The Not So Big Life and would like to explore further.

Continuing the Not So Big Life Journey Workshop Series
If you’ve already taken a Not So Big Life Workshop and want to go further, consider attending the next Continuing workshop. These shared weekends of inquiry can expand your experiencing of your life in remarkable ways, giving you a new perspective on whatever situations you find yourself in at the time. Many previous participants have now made semi-annual attendance of the Continuing workshops a regular part of their lives.

The series consists of two annual workshops:

The Not So Big Life Year End Review workshops take place in January of each year, and focus on the Year End Ritual Exercise described in Chapter 11 of The Not So Big Life. In the workshop, participants engage the Year End Review process together and look more deeply into what it means to live a Not So Big life, discussing the potentials, the challenges, and the varieties of experiences people have had as they begin to live in this new way.

The Continuing the Not So Big Life Journey workshops take place in July of each year, and focus on a different theme every year. Some past themes include: “It’s About Time,” about the various ways our mechanisms interpret Time, as well as what “Real” Time is all about; and “Who Chooses,” addressing the illusion inherent in our own decision-making, and the nature of True Choice.

Previous attendance at a Not So Big Life Workshop is required for registration for workshops in this series, and the class size is limited to allow for more one-on-one interaction. Offering the series only to previous participants allows the workshops to start at a higher level, with less focus on the basics of Not So Big Living.

Implementing the Not So Big Life Meeting Series
Attendees of previous Not So Big Life workshops are also eligible to join Sarah for Implementing the Not So Big Life, a series of six monthly meetings, held October through March. While the Not So Big Life Workshop offers a taste of the transformation that’s possible, this series opens the door to much, much more, allowing the understandings from the workshop to become a natural part of your everyday life.

In these two-and-a-half-hour evening meetings aimed at helping you integrate what you’ve learned from the book and workshop into your everyday life, Sarah expands upon some of the key principles from The Not So Big Life Workshop, and offers you the opportunity to discuss your observations and ask questions about what you’re learning.

The class size is limited in order to ensure a more meaningful and personal experience for each participant, so if this interests you, sign up now to save your spot.

Go to the Events Page for more information and to register.**
