About Our Company:

RMCA specializes in new, custom single-family homes and renovations. We also create Master Plans for acreage and farms.  Our home designs are simple and elegant, exhibiting a contemporary approach to southern vernacular architectural concepts such as natural ventilation, use of daylight and no wasted space. All of our designs incorporate sustainable materials, construction methods and systems. The design for your home is driven by your desires, interests and needs... and the site you offer. If you decide to renovate, it can be an adventure but the result is as exciting as a new home. We manage the entire process from start to finish, partnering with you every step of the way. We are well-versed in the permitting and inspection requirements and processes in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida.
We believe a structure should endure, showing well to each new generation of occupants, proving the worth of its thoughtful design and and craftsmanship in construction.

Statement of Licensure:

Our firm is currently licensed to practice architecture in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida [Florida License #AR0012490]. Because we are NCARB certified, we are able to accept projects in any state and expedite licensure through the NCARB reciprocity program.

NCARB Certification: Architect is NCARB certified.

* The NCARB certification often expedites reciprocity - the process through which one can offer his or her professional services in different jurisdictions after earning an initial license. This means that if an NCARB certified architect is not licensed in your state, the process for getting him/her licensed there in order to work on your project will be fairly quick.
