About Our Company:

We at Grant Group Architecture are devoted to creating value for our clients through personalized, high-caliber design services. Our designs originate from a unique and engaging process that results in a holistic understanding of each client’s needs and wants. This customized perspective is then carried to the project site, where issues of landscape, neighborhood, views, solar orientation, sustainability and energy efficiency are brought together in a creative, value-focused design process.

The strength of Grant Group Architecture lies in our approach. We directly and personally engage clients and collaborators. Through our process, the simple acts of listening, learning and discussion provide insight into the unique aspects of each new project. Sketching, drawing and all types of modeling, including 1-to-1 scale mockups, expand design ideas into built reality.

Since our founding in 1990 (previously Bizios Architect), our portfolio includes an eclectic mix of projects, from new construction and additions, to small and large homes, to places of worship, and to small renovations that breathe life into older spaces. Brian Grant, AIA coordinates every project providing flexible, accessible, and personalized assistance to clients embarking on the rewarding journey of designing, building, renovating, or expanding their built world.

Statement of Licensure:

I am a licensed architect in the state of North Carolina and South Carolina.

NCARB Certification: Architect is NCARB certified.

* The NCARB certification often expedites reciprocity - the process through which one can offer his or her professional services in different jurisdictions after earning an initial license. This means that if an NCARB certified architect is not licensed in your state, the process for getting him/her licensed there in order to work on your project will be fairly quick.
